Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the lighting fixtures are packed in their original box with all internal padding, wires, and mounting hardware included to prevent damage during transit.

  Scheduled Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package at no additional cost to you.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse team verifies the product's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
